Returns

Returns & Cancellations

All Backyard Sideshow products are made to order and printed especially for you. Because we don't hold pre-printed stock, we can't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind or incorrect size.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Because our products are custom-made goods, they are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and applicable EU consumer law.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
